It's been since 2016 that the Blues Capital of Texas had a festival to celebrate the music of its pastime, but the Navasota Blues Review (NBR) is bringing the beloved sound back home. Multi award-winning blues man and event coordinator Tubie Pushee and his band the Touchtones will headline the inaugural event (9:45 p.m.), performing alongside special guest Mislette the Singing Cowgirl. Also featured will be the Paul James Band (6 p.m.), Randy Pavlock & Twenty Four Seven (7:15 p.m.), and Eugene (8:30 p.m.).
